Ingredients

2 lb ground beef

2 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn (drained)

4 (10 oz) cans Ro-Tel mild diced tomatoes & green chilies (with liquid)

2 (15 oz) can Ranch Style Beans (with liquid)

2 (16 oz) can red kidney beans (drained)

2 (15 oz) can pinto beans (with liquid)

2 pkg Hidden Valley original ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix

2 pkg McCormick original taco seasoning mix

2 cups water (optional)

Directions

Cook ground beef and drain.

Add all ingredients to crock-pot and let simmer until well blended and hot; stirring occasionally (approx. 60 minutes on high).

Serve with tortilla chips.

Note: Can also be used as a taco salad. (Just don’t add water to the recipe.) Put tortilla chips in the bottom of a large bowl. Add layer of shredded lettuce. Add layer of taco soup. Add layer of shredded cheese. Top with sour cream, and sprinkle Pace Picante hot sauce around the sour cream.
