From iamericap 17 years agoIngredients
- 2+ lbs ground beef shopping list
- 2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn (drained) shopping list
- 2 (16 oz) cans kidney beans (drained) shopping list
- 2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans (drained) shopping list
- 2 (15 oz) cans ranch style beans (with liquid) shopping list
- 3 (10 oz) cans Ro-Tel mild diced tomatoes & green chilies (with liquid) shopping list
- 2 pkgs McCormick original taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley original ranch dip mix shopping list
- 2-3 cups water (more or less, depending on how "soupy" you want it) shopping list
How to make it
- 1) Brown ground beef and drain well.
- 2) Add all ingredients to large crock-pot and let simmer until well blended and hot; stirring occasionally (approx. 1-2 hours on high).
- 3) Serve with tortilla chips.
- Note #1: If your crock-pot is not large enough you can halve the recipe.
- Note #2: Can also be used as a taco salad. (Just don’t add water to the recipe.) Put tortilla chips in the bottom of a large bowl. Add layer of shredded lettuce. Add layer of taco soup. Add layer of shredded cheese. Top with sour cream, and sprinkle Pace Picante hot sauce around the sour cream.
