Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe

	mandarin orange vanilla pineapple cool whip

Ingredients

Cake ..

1 Box Duncan Heinz Butter Yellow Cake M ix

1/2 c. oil

4 egg whites, beat untill foamy

16 oz. mandarin oranges with juice

Frosting..

1 30z. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

1 15 ounce sweetened crushed pinapple

1 9 ounce cool whip

Directions

To cake mix add in

egg whites,

can of mandarin oranges with juice,

and oil.

Bake in 2 nine inch pans for 30 minutes. at 350

For frosting

mix together vanilla pudding mix

pineapple and juice

and cool whip.
