Broccoli Carrot And Cauliflower Bake Recipe
This is a great way to disguise veggies for those that don't like the veggie taste - and a year round favorite - holiday or anyday

Ingredients
  • 3 cups broccoli (florets)
  • 3 cups cauliflower (florets)
  • 3 cups carrots (the bag of mini carrots works great for this)
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper (fresh ground course)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tbsps flour
  • 3 cups cheese (velveeta fat free)
  • 1 cup cream (fat free)
  • Bread Crumb mixture:
  • 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp italian seasonings
  • 1/2 garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions
  1. Stem your vegetables and cut into florets. .
  2. In small sauce pot add your butter melt, add salt, pepper, mustard, and slowly add in cream - add cheese and allow to melt over low heat.
  3. Mix veggies in a 6 qt or large cassarole dish - pour cheese mixture over top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
  4. Remove and add top wth your bread crumb mixture - which is simply the last 4 ingredients mix together - return to oven for 15 mins. or until golden and bubbly.
