Broccoli Carrot And Cauliflower Bake

- 3 cups broccoli (florets) shopping list
- 3 cups cauliflower (florets) shopping list
- 3 cups carrots (the bag of mini carrots works great for this) shopping list
- 1 tbsp mustard powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper (fresh ground course) shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 3 tbsps flour shopping list
- 3 cups cheese (velveeta fat free) shopping list
- 1 cup cream (fat free) shopping list
- bread Crumb mixture: shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tsp italian seasonings shopping list
- 1/2 garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Stem your vegetables and cut into florets. .
- In small sauce pot add your butter melt, add salt, pepper, mustard, and slowly add in cream - add cheese and allow to melt over low heat.
- Mix veggies in a 6 qt or large cassarole dish - pour cheese mixture over top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
- Remove and add top wth your bread crumb mixture - which is simply the last 4 ingredients mix together - return to oven for 15 mins. or until golden and bubbly.
