Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put a coffee filter in a strainer and place it over a bowl. Put the yogurt into the filter and let it drain over the bowl for either about an hour at room temperature, or a day in the refrigerator (I do mine overnight in the refrigerator). In a separate bowl, mash together the goat cheese, tarragon, parsley, scallions, red onion, and salt and pepper to make a smooth spread. When the yogurt is done draining, mix it in with the spread. If the spread is not being used, keep it in the refrigerator where it will last for about two days.

How small the world is?...We eat this yogurt (without the goat cheese )after it becomes dry as is, but we put over it some olive oil salt, and dry mint and many many alterations.I will add some recipes of this dish very soon hope you see it.
