Jerk Pork Loin

- pork tenderloin shopping list
- 2 habanero peppers, diced shopping list
- 1 small onion, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cu olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp cidar vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbsp salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp thyme shopping list
- 1 tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tbsp allspice shopping list
- 1 tsp nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the pork into a blender or food processor.
- Puree into a smooth paste
- Put the pork Into a resealable bag and add the jerk puree
- Squeeze out as much air as possible and seal the bag
- Using your hands, massage the sauce into the meat
- Refridgerate for at least 2hrs and up to 24hrs
- Set up your grill using the indirect method
- Wipe off the excess marinade from the pork and place in the center of your rack.
- Grill for about 15min each side or until 160degrees internal temperature
- Cut into 1/2 inch chops
