How to make it

  • Combine all of the ingredients except for the pork into a blender or food processor.
  • Puree into a smooth paste
  • Put the pork Into a resealable bag and add the jerk puree
  • Squeeze out as much air as possible and seal the bag
  • Using your hands, massage the sauce into the meat
  • Refridgerate for at least 2hrs and up to 24hrs
  • Set up your grill using the indirect method
  • Wipe off the excess marinade from the pork and place in the center of your rack.
  • Grill for about 15min each side or until 160degrees internal temperature
  • Cut into 1/2 inch chops
