This would be good in any flavor. Lemon is REALLY good!

Ingredients
  • 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk, refrigerated so it is cold
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (.15 oz) package Koolaid (any flavor)
  • Cool Whip(optional)
  • Graham cracker crust

Directions
  1. Beat milk until it is doubled in size.
  2. Add sugar and Koolaid and beat until thickened(about 5 minutes)
  3. Place in graham cacker crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Top with Cool Whip if desired.
