Ingredients
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package vanilla instant pudding
  • Cool Whip(optional)
  • Baked Pie shell

Directions
  1. Beat sour cream and milk until smooth.
  2. Beat in dry pudding mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
  3. Pour into pie crust and chill 1 hour or until set.
  4. Serve topped with Cool Whip if desired.
