Knorr Hearty Beef Stew Mix

15 oz can of tomato sauce

1 pckg of fresh sliced mushrooms

2 large potatoes

2 cups of baby carrots

1 yellow onion

4 cups of water

Directions

In mixing bowl take two cups of water and mix with the knorr mix with a whisk.

Put the mixture in a pot to boil on high.

Add beef tips.

Once it comes to a boil, turn it down to medium and let the meat cook about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

After the meat is done add the chopped veggies and the 2 cups of water and the tomatoe sauce.

Cook this between low and medium at least 45 minutes or longer.

When it's good to the taste it's ready to serve.

**This goes nicely with cornbread**
