Ingredients

Lean Beef Mince

1 Onion chopped

1/2 pck Screws / Noodles / Spaghetti

1 can canned Tamato and onion

Salt and pepper to taste

Tamato souse / Ketchup

1 tbls Oil (Olive or sunflower)

3 Tbls sugar for a sweet taste

Directions

Fry the onions for a couple of minutes and then cook the beef mince with the onions in a lil' bit of water till done.

Throw the canned tamatoe and onions in with the beef mince and let it simmer.

In the meantime, throw the screws / noodles / spaghetti in a microwavable bowl and cover it with water and some salt and oil. Microwave it for 20min on high till it is ready.

Put some tamato sauce in with the mince and also add the sugar for taste.

Let that simmer for the rest of the time till the noodles are done.

Mix the noodles with the beef mince and serve / You can serve the beef mince ontop of the noodles.
