Baby Sisters Ramen Noodle Stir-fry Recipe
This is my Baby Sisters Recipe that she made up about 12 years ago!!! You can adjust amounts easy.

Ingredients
  • 1 C. Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 C. Chopped Cauliflower
  • 1 C. Thin Sliced, Carrot
  • Any Chopped Veggie
  • 2 C. Sliced Chicken, Pork, Beef (Optional)
  • 1 2/3 C. Water
  • Sesame Seeds (Optional)
  • Favorite Ramen Noodles
  • Soy Sauce

Directions
  1. Before opening the ramen pack, crush it to break up the noodles.
  2. Put into a bowl and set a side.
  3. Spray Pan/Wok with Olive oil, Cooking Spray (What ever you want)
  4. Heat for 30 seconds.
  5. Add Veggies and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  6. Stir in broken noodles and the seasoning packet.
  7. Add Water
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Lower heat and simmmer with a lid on 3-5 Min. or 'til most of the liquid has been absorded.
  10. Stir twice during cooking.
  11. Serve w/ Soy Sauce if desired.

Ramen noodles are my children's (5, 3, 15 months)favorite. This will be a great way to get the veggies in them thank you for sharing.
