How to make it

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in large liplock bag
  • Add tenderloin
  • Marinade 5 hours or overnight
  • Heat grill to medium
  • Reserve marinade if you wish to make sauce (see below)
  • Add tenderloin, cook turning occasionally
  • Cook about 45 minutes, until meat registers 130 degrees
  • Transfer to board and rest before slicing
  • You can also heat the marinade to a boil and simmer until slightly reduced and serve as a sauce. ( I never bothered because the meat is so good alone.)
