Retro Crab Cocktail With Sweet Corn Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

Mayo

A Good tin of Crab meat

Avocardo

Lime

Small jar of Black Caviar

Sweet Corn sorbet (find this in my recipes)

Directions

Blend the avacardo and a squeaze of lime juice until smooth, in a martini glass or small cocktail bowl add 1 or two table spoons of the mixture in to the bottom.

Mix together the drained crab meat and the mayo, devide the mix between the cocktail bowls. Layered over the avacardo.

On top add a small ball of the sweet corn sorbet and a teaspoon of caviar.
