Ingredients
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 3 T all purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ C cooking oil
  • ¾ C water
  • 1 package (3-ounce) strawberry gelatin
  • ½ C sliced strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • Frosting
  • Whole strawberries for garnish
  • Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl and mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan in preheated oven at 350º F for about 40 minutes, or in two 9-inch layer cake pans for 25 minutes or until done.

Directions
  1. Frosting:
  2. 2 T butter or margarine, melted
  3. 1 ½ C Powdered Sugar
  4. 2 T crushed strawberries
  5. Combine together all ingredients. Drizzle over warm cake. Decorate cake with choice fresh strawberries with shiny green leaves. Makes 12 servings
