A good chili for a cool night! My family has always, and I mean always served their chili with cinnamon rolls-odd, but a perfect companion!

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 Ground beef or Chuck
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 cans of mild chili beans (with juice)
  • 1 can of black beans (with juice)
  • 3 cans of dark red kidney beans (with juice)
  • 1 can of light red kidney beans (with juice)
  • 1 can of white kidney beans (with juice)
  • 2-3 cans of tomato sauce
  • Paprika-to your taste
  • Cumin-to your taste
  • Chili Powder-to your taste
  • Salt -to your taste
  • Pepper-to your taste
  • Garlic Salt-to your taste
  • Hot sauce-again to your liking

Directions
  1. Dice one onion.
  2. Brown beef until crumbly and drain.
  3. Add onion to beef-throw in a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. Pour in the cans of your beans.
  5. Cook for awhile-about 30 minutes
  6. Add tomato sauce
  7. Cook for another 20 minutes
  8. Add your spices to your liking
  9. Cook for about 60 minutes-stirring occasionally.
  10. Last ten minutes or so add the hot sauce to the chili to your liking...
