Chili

- 2 1/2 ground beef or Chuck shopping list
- 1 onion diced shopping list
- 4 cans of mild chili beans (with juice) shopping list
- 1 can of black beans (with juice) shopping list
- 3 cans of dark red kidney beans (with juice) shopping list
- 1 can of light red kidney beans (with juice) shopping list
- 1 can of white kidney beans (with juice) shopping list
- 2-3 cans of tomato sauce shopping list
- paprika-to your taste shopping list
- cumin-to your taste shopping list
- chili powder-to your taste shopping list
- salt -to your taste shopping list
- pepper-to your taste shopping list
- garlic salt-to your taste shopping list
- hot sauce-again to your liking shopping list
How to make it
- Dice one onion.
- Brown beef until crumbly and drain.
- Add onion to beef-throw in a pinch of salt and pepper
- Pour in the cans of your beans.
- Cook for awhile-about 30 minutes
- Add tomato sauce
- Cook for another 20 minutes
- Add your spices to your liking
- Cook for about 60 minutes-stirring occasionally.
- Last ten minutes or so add the hot sauce to the chili to your liking...
