Ingredients

3/4 cup of light or heavy cream

1/4 cup Dijon-type mustard

3 Tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Just before serving, warm the sauce in a microwave until just simmering, or place it on top of a double-boiler & bring it to just simmering.
