Black bean corn salsa

goes great as a condiment with mexican or tex-mex dishes, also as a snack with a handful of tortilla chips
Ingredients
- 2 med tomatoes diced shopping list
- 2 fresh jalapeno diced shopping list
- 1/2 small onion diced shopping list
- 1 c. canned black beans rinse and drained shopping list
- 1 c. canned corn rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- combine all ingredients and let it sit in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes shopping list
