Coconut Macaroons

- 3 Cups shredded coconut shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbps cornstarch shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanillia shopping list
- 4 ounces of sweet chocolete pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- mix coconut,cornstarch,sugar,egg whites and vanillia in a heat proof bowl.
- Set bowl over a pot of boiling water (or use a double boiler)
- Heat stirring until mixture thickens (4) min then set aside.
- Spoon out mixture (about a tablespoon) and palce on ungreased cooking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 min. (untill golden brown ( but still soft )
- Melt chocolete then dip macaroon bottoms letting chocolete drip off
- Place on wax paper until they are set.
