No-Bake Honey Nut Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups honey-nut cereal, such as Honey Nut Clusters
  • 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup salted, roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 6 tbs butter or margarine

Directions
  1. Line 8" square pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In large bowl, combine cereal, seeds, raisins and peanuts, set aside.
  3. In small pot, heat peanut butter, honey, and butter over medium high heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour over reserved cereal mixture and stir to coat thoroughly.
  5. Press firmly and evenly into pan.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate til firm, at least 3 hours to overnight.
  7. Cut into 2" squares. Store in refrigerator.
