This makesa wonderful pie filling or is great as a pudding.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 3tbs. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except butter and vanilla in blender. Blend on medium.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
  4. Press plastic wrap over top until cool
  5. Pour in backed pie shell or serve as pudding in individual dishes.
  6. Garnish with whipped topping.
  7. I often cook my pudding in the microwave for about 6 minutes stirring every 2 minutes. Really quick and easy!
