New Years Day Ribs Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Brown ribs and place in roaster pan.
  • Cover with Sauerkraut and top with beer-(be sure to check and make sure beer has not all cooked off may add a little water from time to time)
  • Cook for 2 hours or until meat falls off the bone.
