Ingredients
  • 2 Large Oranges
  • Ice cream of choice (I prefer to use vanilla)
  • Caramel sauce

Directions
  1. Cut the oranges in half.
  2. Trim a small slice off the bottom of each orange to create a flat surface. Be careful to not cut a hole in it.
  3. Use a knife or serrated spoon to dig out the fruit while leaving some intact on the rind.
  4. Heat the caramel sauce until it is fluid.
  5. Scoop ice cream into the oranges.
  6. Drizzle caramel onto the ice cream.
  7. Serve with the orange fruit on the side.
