Rosemary Walnuts

- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crumbled shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne shopping list
- 2 cups walnuts or pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large baking pan melt butter in oven and combine with rosemary, salt, and cayenne. Toss with nuts until combined well and spread out into one layer. Bake nuts for 10 minutes and serve warm.
- These can be frozen and reheated, still frozen, on a baking sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

One of my favorite hostess gifts too. Somehow rosemary works best with walnuts. I don't like walnuts especially, but I do like these! I agree they have to be hidden from the hubby! Good post.
