How to make it

  • clean rice thoroughly and drain,
  • steam the rice on steamer until they turn white
  • and remove
  • heat a pot add all the ingredient including the steam rice ,shimmer until the liguid gone but keep stiring so it wont sticky
  • put the rice back to the steamer, for 15 min or until the rice is cooked done
  • serve with coconut chilli sauce, cucumber, sliced omelette, potato patties( perkedel) , padi oat chip , and fried shallot
  • it may look dificult to make but it taste preety good
