How to make it

  • Slice linguica and dice stew beef & brown
  • Place meat in large stew pot and fill with water & bouillan about 3/4 full
  • Add vegetables
  • Simmer and stir for at least 2 hours, the longer it cooks, the better it tastes!
  • Serve with a rustic bread and enjoy!

    I love these handed-down recipes w/no exact measurements. I grew up with recipes as such from my Mother and Grandmother. This sounds like a great autumnal dish.
