Brains Omelet

- 1 (11oz) can brains shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 tbsp milk shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter shopping list
How to make it
- drain gravy from brains
- separate eggs.
- add milk, salt and pepper to egg yolks-beat thoroughly.
- Folk in beaten egg whites.
- Melt butter in skillet-pour in egg mixture.
- cook at a moderate temperature until underside of omelet becomes lightly browned.
- Spread brains on one hale fo omelet.
- place skillet in 325 degrees preheated oven for about 10 minutes until egg mixture is dry.
- Remove from oven.
- Fold plain half of omelet over side with brains.
