How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  • Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Combine bananas and milk. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture alternately with banana mixture. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until done. Cool for 10 minutes in pan. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
  • Serving quantity: Serves 16.
