Ingredients

8 ounces tortellini

8 ounces fresh broccoli florets

8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed

8 ounces hard salami, chopped

8 ounces boiled ham, diced

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 green pepper, chopped

1/2 red pepper, chopped

1 (1-ounce) envelope Italian dressing mix, prepared

Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Combine tortellini, broccoli, cheese, salami, ham, onion, green pepper and red pepper. Pour Italian dressing over all. Toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill or serve at once.

Serving quantity: Serves 6 to 8.
