Make Ahead Eggs

I used to make these for my grandson. His autisum made him slow at using his fork and spoon. I just made this for him instead of asking him to do what he was not yet ready to do. These are like mini omletes. He does not like eggs anymore, so I have quit making them. Read more But I did not want to lose the recipe so when he is older I can show it to him. See less
Ingredients
- 12 eggs shopping list
- bacon or ham, as much or as little as you like shopping list
- cheese, any type, as much or as little as you like shopping list
- onion shopping list
- milk, just a touch shopping list
- italian seasoning shopping list
- seasoning salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything in a blender.
- Blend the crap out of it.
- Cook it like pancakes, little 4 inches circles.
- I would make these ahead and freeze these.
- Nuked them for 30 seconds and he would walk around and eat them.
- They are good for putting on biscuits too!
