This salad has garlic and I like to be generous with the garlic. The down side is that garlic does tend to have a pungent odour so I make it when I know I will not be seeing people. I just love the combination of garlic and lemon flavors in the dress... More

Ingredients
  • 1 cup green beans boiled until cooked.
  • 2 or 3 pieces crushed garlic.
  • 1 or 2 table spoons crushed pine nuts
  • olive oil to taste
  • lemon juice to taste

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients and mix.
