This salad has garlic and I like to be generous with the garlic. The down side is that garlic does tend to have a pungent odour so I make it when I know I will not be seeing people. I just love the combination of garlic and lemon flavors in the dressing. Read more See less
Ingredients
- 1 cup green beans boiled until cooked. shopping list
- 2 or 3 pieces crushed garlic. shopping list
- 1 or 2 table spoons crushed pine nuts shopping list
- olive oil to taste shopping list
- lemon juice to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients and mix.
