Matrimonial Cake Date Squares Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3 cups oats

2 cups chopped dates

Directions

Cream butter and sugars.

Add eggs and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Stir in oats and dates.

Bake at 350 degrees for around 10 minutes.

Bet you can't eat just one. I couldn't!
