Easy Glazed Lemon Cake

An old favorite in my family and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 package ( 18 1/4 oz) white cake mix shopping list
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix shopping list
- 3/4 Vegatable oil shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1cup lemon-lime soda shopping list
- 1 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs
- Beat on medium speed for 1 minute
- Gradually beat in soda
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center
- Combine confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth
- Carefully spread over warm cake
- Cool on wire rack
