How to make it

  • Mix first four ingredients together and shape into little logs or balls.
  • Chill.
  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips.
  • Dip the logs into the chocolate. Let dry on waxed paper.
  • You can put them in little paper cups to make them nicer. :o)

    My Mom always put dates in her "peanut butter bon bons". Over the years when I've talked about them to people, they kind of get turned off by that, I thought the dates were the best part. I believe this is the same recipe, except she used smooth peanut butter and dipped them in butterscotch...YUMMY!!!
