Blackberry Almond Bruschetta

- 1 can pillsbury refrigerated Crusty French loaf shopping list
- butter-flavor cooking spray shopping list
- 2T. granulated sugar shopping list
- 8oz. pkg. reduced fat cream cheese shopping list
- 1&1/2t. almond extract shopping list
- 1 pkg. frozen blackberries; thawed & well drained shopping list
- 1/3c. sliced almonds; toasted shopping list
- 3T. powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Bake bread as directed on can. Cool 5 min.
- Cut ends off of loaf.
- Cut remaining loaf into 24 1/2" slices.
- Arrange slices on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Spary each slice lightly with cooking spray & sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Bake 8-10 min. until lightly toasted.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, extract & powdered sugar until combined.
- Spread cheese mixture onto toasted bread slices.
- Top each slice with 3 or 4 berries & sprinkle with almonds.
- Dust each bruschetta with powdered sugar.
