How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Bake bread as directed on can. Cool 5 min.
  • Cut ends off of loaf.
  • Cut remaining loaf into 24 1/2" slices.
  • Arrange slices on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Spary each slice lightly with cooking spray & sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  • Bake 8-10 min. until lightly toasted.
  • Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, extract & powdered sugar until combined.
  • Spread cheese mixture onto toasted bread slices.
  • Top each slice with 3 or 4 berries & sprinkle with almonds.
  • Dust each bruschetta with powdered sugar.
