African Spinach

- 2 bunches spinach shopping list
- 250 ml water shopping list
- 2 ml salt shopping list
- 50 g peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- Clean the spinach in cold water. Remove the stalks and discard. Chop the leaves. Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan, add the chopped leaves.
- Cook until wilted, 1 min
- pour off most of the water
- Meanwhile roast the peanuts in a frying pan then add the salt.
- simmer gently for a few min
- Add the peanuts to the cooked spinach mix in and serve.
