- 4 LARGE BEEFSTAKE TOMATOES
- 1 CUP SWISS CHEESE-GRATED
- 4 LARGE GARLIC CLOVES-MINCED
- 1 CUP MOZZARELLA CHEESE-GRATED
- 2 GREEN ONION/SCALLIONS-MINCED
- SALE AND PEPPER
Directions
- CUT TOMATOES INTO 1/2 INCH THICK SLICES
- ARRANGE TOMATOES ON OILED COOKIE SHEET
- EVENLY SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER, ONIONS. CHEESES AND GARLIC
- BROIL ON SECOND SHELF UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
