Shepherds Pie

This is an old recipe that has been handed down for generations. It's easy, quick and filling
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 package instant mashed potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 Tbsp Dales or Moores steak sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsp onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 can English peas shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Brown beef, steak sauce and onion in skillet
- Fix instant mashed potatoes as directed on package
- Layer beef in bottom of casserole dish
- Cover with english peas, then mashed potatoes
- Top with grated cheese
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
