How to make it

  • METHOD
  • Place all the ingredients into a large bowel and mix thoroughly.
  • Cover and place in fridge for an hour or two ... Or overnight is perfect.
  • SHAPE
  • Mould small amounts of the mixture into either little balls, little sausages or burgers
  • Burgers about 2 inches round
  • Sausage about 2 inches long and about 1/2 inch thick
  • Balls about 1 inch round
  • FRY
  • Fry in a shallow amount of vegetable oil for 3 mins per side or until golden brown on the outside and cooked through.
  • OVEN COOK
  • 20 mins in an oven at 200Centrigrade
  • Serve hot or cold with a raita and lime pickle.
