Great Grandma Laxsons Saucy Apple Swirl Cake

Great Grandma used to make this cake for me all the time. It is yummy.
Ingredients
- ¼ C. sugar shopping list
- tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 2/3 C. applesauce shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Blend sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Grease a 10” tube pan or a bundt pan and dust with 1 T. of the sugar cinnamon mix.
- Mix cake mix with applesauce and eggs until smooth.
- Hold out 1 ½ C. batter and put the rest in pan.
- Sprinkle with the sugar mix.
- Top with remaining batter.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 min.
- cool cake in pan for 15 min. then invert onto serving plate.
