Ham And Broccoli Grits

- 4 cups lowfat milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 c uncooked grits shopping list
- 6 oz diced ham shopping list
- 16 oz frozen cut broccoli thawed and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1 c shredded cheddar shopping list
- 1 small onion shredded shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- Lightly grease 2 qt baking dish
- Bring milk and salt to a boil in a 3qt saucepan, slowly whisk in grits.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, 708 minutes until thick.
- Add remainging ingredients. Stir well
- Pour into prepared dish.
- Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top and put in for 10-15 minutes until bubbly!
