Cranberry Salsa

- 1 quart fresh cranberries shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 large white onion chopped shopping list
- 10 jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cranberries, lemon juice, onion, peppers and garlic.
- Cook until cranberries are tender and falling apart then place in food processor.
- Pulse with short bursts until mixture is coarsely pureed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Let cool and refrigerate at least four hours before serving.
