Pasta a la Refrigerateur

- 3 oz dry noodles (whatever you have on hand, I used these pretty tricolour corkscrews) shopping list
- 3 tbsp ketchup shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp each dried oregano and basil shopping list
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook according to package directions.
- Drain, reserving a few tablespoons of the cooking water.
- Return pasta to pot, add ketchup and spices.
- Mix well, adding a spoonful of the cooking water if necessary.
- Serve hot with a grating of fresh Parmiggano-Reggiano if desired.
