VIVACIOUS GREEN OLIVE AND DRIED BEEF CREAM CHEESE SPREAD This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounce package farmer cheese softened
  • 1/2 pint yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 spring onions with tops chopped
  • 8 green olives chopped
  • 5 tablespoons minced dried beef

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
