Reuben Casserole

This is a great spin off of my favorite Sandwich..."The Reuben" A nice Casserole for dinner!
Ingredients
- 12 oz sliced corned beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing shopping list
- 1 lb sauerkraut shopping list
- 8 oz swiss cheese, grated shopping list
- 6 slices rye bread, crumbled shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°. I
- n an 8-inch square baking dish layer corned beef, salad dressing, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
- Toss bread with butter and sprinkle over corned beef mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
