How to make it

  • If using fresh salmon, cut head and tail fin off. Fill cavity with rice, corn, butter and salt n peper. Wrap in foil and put on BBQ for about 30 to 35 mins. or until completely cooked.
  • Can also bake in oven. Have never tried this myself.

    Well, there was usually an army at the house at the time lol. You can also use the leftovers in a sea food chowder.
