- 1 fresh whole salmon (note: this would be roughly a 15 lb to 25 lb fresh salmon) (preferred) frozen if have too. Adjust weight to amount you can get. shopping list
- 3 cups rice, semi pre cooked shopping list
- 2 cans of corn shopping list
- 4 tbs butter shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- aluminum foil shopping list
How to make it
- If using fresh salmon, cut head and tail fin off. Fill cavity with rice, corn, butter and salt n peper. Wrap in foil and put on BBQ for about 30 to 35 mins. or until completely cooked.
- Can also bake in oven. Have never tried this myself.
