This is a recipe I invented one night when I was trying to come up with a new dish for dinner----it turned out pretty tasty! :)

Ingredients
  • 5 c. fusilli or spiral pasta; cooked & drained
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup; undiluted
  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese; shredded
  • 2 packages thinly sliced smoked ham; cut into sm. pieces
  • 4 chicken breasts; grilled in Smart Balance Light (or margarine); cut into chunks (add salt & pepper to taste)
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. Smart Balance Light (or margarine); melted

Directions
  1. Mix soup and cooked pasta together.
  2. Spoon a layer of pasta/soup mixture into baking dish.
  3. Layer chicken, then ham, then cheese on top of pasta mixture.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  6. Pour melted margarine on top of bread crumbs.
  7. Bake @ 350 degrees F (uncovered) for about 45 min. or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Enjoy! :)
