How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
  • Mix together flour and spice, stir in sugar and cherries.
  • Mix the marmalad with milk and beat into the dry ingredients with the margarine. Spoon into muffin tins.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Turn out onto a wire rack and brush with warm marmalade.
