This is my mom's recipe. These brownie is popular among our friends and neighbors. I'd like to share it with you. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened Hershey's cocoa
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla
  • toppings:
  • marshmallow
  • any nuts
  • glace icing

Directions
  1. Sift and mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add butter. Mix evenly.. :) You can use your CLEAN hands!
  3. Add milk, eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix well...
  5. Use non-stick large baking pan.
  6. Bake for 45mins or until wooden pick comes out clean.
  7. Take out from oven and top with marshmallows.
  8. Return to oven 'til marshmallows has melted. (Do not let marshmallows burn).
  9. It's texture depends on how many eggs used and climate.
  10. Enjoy!
