Terriyaki Steak

I have been making this for over 15 yrs, and love it everytime. You can add more of the ingredients if you want the meat to have more sweet or tangy flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c. Vegtable oil shopping list
- 2 T. maple syrup shopping list
- 2 t. ground ginger shopping list
- 2 t. ground mustard shopping list
- 1 t. garlic powder shopping list
- round steak shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all Ingredients in sealable bowl.
- Shake to mix ingredients together.
- Cut Round Steak into strips.
- Place steak strips into mixture, let soak for 2 hours or more in the refridgator. I usually leave over night for the best flavor.
- Place on grill, depending on the thinkness of strips, cook to desired taste of meat.

Made this last night using deer round steak, so I didn't cut it in strips. Allowed to marinate for 3 hours, wish I had left it overnight. This was awesome!! I ate the 1 1/2 of steak myself it was so good.
