Ingredients
  • 250g Squid rings
  • oil fir deep frying
  • CHILLI SALT
  • 1 tblsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tblsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 150g corn flour
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tblsp ground black pepper

Directions
  1. CHILL SALT
  2. combine all ingredients and mix together.
  3. Heat oil in deep frypan or heavy based pot. Toss squid thu chilli salt and fry in small batches untill crisp
  4. Serve with a fresh green salad
