Swiss Chicken Recipe
This is a simple, easy chicken bake that uses cramy soup and swiss cheese with crunchy bread crumbs on top

Ingredients
  • 6 skinned and boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 6 (4inch squares) sliced swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix (my grandmother uses Peppridge farm)
  • 1/4 cup margerine, melted

Directions
  1. place chicken in greased 13x9x2 in glass casserole dish
  2. sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper
  3. top each breast with a cheese slice, set aside
  4. combine soup and milk, stirring until smooth, pour over chicken
  5. sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter
  6. bake chicken at 350 for 50 min or until chicken is done
